Hi, I’m Pauline Faith Gartor. 

I help nonprofits, governments, and global health organizations design and implement effective Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) programs, strengthen institutional capacity, mobilize resources, and build sustainable solutions that improve lives and strengthen communities. Beyond my technical work, I coach and mentor emerging leaders and changemakers (with a special focus on women) to strengthen their leadership skills, build authentic personal brands, identify meaningful opportunities, and navigate the global health and development space using the lessons and strategies I've gained throughout my own journey.
